This policy covers information we collect from people who register for the Agent Success 30 program. It sits alongside our site wide Privacy Policy.
Golden Memorial / Martin Eichhorn & Associates ("we", "us", "our") is an independent insurance agency located at 3455 Salt Creek Ln, Suite 200, Arlington Heights, IL 60005. We offer Lincoln Heritage final expense products where available and approved.
This policy explains how we handle personal information from people who register for the Agent Success 30 program, our voluntary 30 day training, coaching and professional development program for insurance agents affiliated with us.
When you register for Agent Success 30 we collect:
We do not collect social security numbers, bank details, payment card numbers, medical information or health information through this registration form. We do not ask for those details here.
We do not use third party advertising or tracking scripts on the Agent Success 30 registration pages, and we do not sell or rent your mobile number.
We use your information to run the Agent Success 30 program: to send you training reminders, coaching activities, progress check-ins and ongoing support messages, to confirm your registration, and to record that you consented to those messages.
We keep the consent record so that we can show, at any time, exactly what you agreed to and when you agreed to it. That record is kept for the reasons described below, and for no other purpose.
We do not use your information for general marketing campaigns, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you registered for this program.
SMS opt-in data and consent information are not shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade your mobile number, and we do not share your mobile number or your consent record with third parties for their own marketing.
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the program, such as the provider that delivers our text messages and the provider that hosts our website. Those providers act on our instructions and are required to protect the information.
We may disclose information when required by law, for example in response to a valid legal request.
Registration and consent records are stored in a database that sits outside the public web folder. Access to that database is limited to the people who administer the program, and the files are readable only by the operating system account that runs our services.
The registration pages are served over an encrypted connection, and the record is written to the database only after your submission passes our checks.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information can never be lost, accessed or altered. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to reduce that risk.
We keep your registration and consent record for as long as you take part in the program and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can honor and document your consent and answer any question about it. Consent records are retained for a minimum of five years after the program ends, because they document an agreement and the date it was made.
When a retention period ends, the record is deleted from the active database and from our routine backups.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email martin@eichhorngroup.com and we will respond.
You can stop program messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can also ask us to remove your number by email.
If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete it from the active database. We may keep a record of the fact that you withdrew consent, and records that we are required to keep by law, for as long as we are required to keep them.
Stopping messages or asking us to delete your information does not affect any service that requires your information to run, such as an insurance application or a policy you already hold.
The Agent Success 30 program is for adults working in the insurance industry. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy. The effective date below shows when it was last changed, and the consent text version identifiers stored with your record show exactly which consent language applied to you on the day you registered.
